Shannon has over 14 years in the Corporate Real Estate Industry, and is highly skilled in using her savy marketing skills to develop leasing strategies to re-position underperforming projects. Shannon is an innovative decision-maker with a comprehensive grasp of commercial shopping malls.
In her corporate positions, Shannon created the In-House Leasing Departments; instituting all of the policies, forms and standard operating procedures of the leasing department. Shannon was directly responsible for negotiating and drafting large national tenant leases; participating in the refinance and sales of large enclosed and power shopping malls located in Southern California, Northern California and Las Vegas.
Shannon prides herself with creating and maintaining longstanding client relationships.
Shannon also works on outdoor power centers. She developed the strategy to restructure an under performing 420,000 S.F. power shopping center, by restructuring and re-negotiating lease agreements. Shannon identified market opportunities and recruited over 15 dynamic national retailers. The power center is currently 100% leased.
Shannon attended university, in Paris, France and The UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, IRVINE, as a French Major and ultimately decided to study French / International Business at CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, Fullerton where she received her B. A. in International Business / French.
After 14 years in the Corporate Real Estate world, Shannon decided to start her own company - THE RICHLEE GROUP. She named the company after her late father and her late brother, whom were both named Richard Lee Green.
